ABCD is Dholera’s HUB. ABCD Building is Administration and Business Centre for Dholera. It serves as the operational centre for the Dholera Smart City. It is been constructed in TP2 West part (Phase 1) and is located in commercial zone.
It is located west of the expressway within the knowledge and IT land use. The property is visible from the expressway and is close to the first development area within the overall DSIR.
In a total built-up area of 36,000sqm, the site will accommodate the offices of the development agencies, as well as a command and control centre and a skill development centre.
The Regional Development Authority (RDA) building is expected to be a LEED GOLD-certified building with enough space to house all of the RDA’s workers for the Dholera Smart City.

All legal works and permissions will be done through a single window within this building. ABCD building will provide single window clearance.
This office will have command centre for all the ICT and SCADA sensors . In short all command and controlling will be through this building.
The EPC for the ABCD Building Contract has been awarded. The winning bidder is Cube Construction Engineering Ltd. On the ground, the work is finished. The nine-hectare property is strategically positioned on a civic axis within the parcel, providing a view of a big green space.
ABCD building will be monitoring Governance, Healthcare, Safety and Security, Education, Transportation, Industrial Growth, Utilities and Economy.
